Libby is an enthusiastic, but clumsy character. Despite her overzealousness, she is consistently sweet and polite to everyone she meets, including the player. When she visits the boutique, she can frequently be seen in a rush, usually on the run from her grandfather, Godfrey. She is also known to be friends with Felicity, as she is one of the people who know about her past. Her appearance and fashion sense could be described as tomboyish, with a short haircut and somewhat masculine press outfit that is blended with more feminine colors.
As a paparazzi, Libby will take photos of the player and their model at every contest, as well as take photos of the player when they attend special events. After the event, the player will receive the photos as well as a note from Libby at their apartment, where they can add them to their photo album.
