Olivia is the owner of the Cosmetics Store in Style Savvy. The player can visit her shop to buy makeup and change their character's eyebrows.

Olivia is a contributor to Aurora, a magazine found in her store. In this magazine, she shares makeup tips in accordance to the in-game season.
Olivia also comes to the player's boutique as a customer whenever she isn't busy, usually on Thursdays, and will ask for a full outfit. Olivia has a high budget, allowing her to buy many items or more expensive items. Her favorite brand is Sonata, but she will also buy from Raven Candle, Époque, Penbridge, and Alvarado.

- In the European release of Style Savvy, Olivia's name is Jenica.
- At one point, Olivia says, "Even though Renée can be stubborn, I've known her for years and she has a heart of gold." This reveals that she and Renée are close, long-time friends.
